Payment
On our store, we accept payment by Credit or Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB) via Stripe.
No we don’t support payment by PayPal for the moment.
We use Stripe payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions.
Stripe is PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholder’s data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
We currently only support Australian Dollars (AUD).
If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in your currency. Your bank may apply the corresponding conversion rate from AUD to your currency according to their policy. Please check with your bank for exact charges.

Shipping
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
You can track the status of your order from the Track Order Page.
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to track your order.
We currently ship only in Australia.
For shipping outside of this country, please reach out to our customer support through contact us form.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. Normally, once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 12 to 18 working days for AU customers. We will then expedite the shipping process once your order is complete.
We offer Free Shipping for customers in Australia. But you can opt for Expedited Shipping for a cost of A$158.53
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, you can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. Also, at the bottom of the page you can find a Track Order page to track the status of your order with us.
Order
Yes, if you change your mind or if the product does not meet your expectations, you can contact us to request a refund. After the refund is made, it could take up to 14 days to show in your bank statements depending on your bank system.

You can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via our contact us form.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact the help center via our contact us form.
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request.
Returns and Exchange
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
To request for a return, please reach out to the Help Center by submitting your request via “contact us” form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
